Returns
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Please note that sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item received is faulty.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless:
- The item received is defective.
- The item received is incorrect.
- The item was damaged upon arrival.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as TALES&MILETO cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
