All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Spain (Mainland) & Portugal (excluding Madeira and the Azores)

International Orders
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs procedures, carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Customs Duties, Taxes & VAT
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, and other customs-related charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may also be subject to customs duties, local taxes, import charges, or administrative fees. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by TALES&MILETO.
TALES&MILETO is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be applied once the shipment reaches its destination.
